This dinner will celebrate the debut of Primal Cuts: Cooking With America’s Best Butchers, a book celebrating the art and craft of butchering by Marissa Guggiana. We’re especially excited, as the book includes a profile of Pete Balistreri.
 
The dinner takes places on October 27 at 6 pm at Point Loma Farm, 2431 Willow Street, San Diego, CA 92106. Tickets are $50 per person, which includes a copy of the book. If you’re interested in attending, act now, as this event will sell out!
