Your 5 course dinner, prepared by Chefs Jenn Felmley, a local food instructor and Logan Mitchell of Cellar Door. Paired with cheeses by Venissimo Cheese and wine pairings by Quigley Fine Wines, your meal will be served at a single communal table.
Dinner will begin with a sampling of local seafood hors d’oeuvres, a craft cocktail by Gary of Cellar Door, and a tour of the newly remodeled Catalina Offshore. You’ll also meet your fellow guests, local fish monger Tommy Gomes, and food artisans who have contributed to the dinner.
