The Linkery, Slow Food Urban San Diego, Chef Jair Tellez of Laja Restaurant and rancher Sam Woolley invite you to a Wooly Pig Carnitas Cook-Out! Join us on Sunday April 14 and enjoy Linkery-made, house-nixtamalized tortillas filled with slow-cooked carnitas expertly prepared by chef Tellez.
Get there early for a presentation on this Ark of Taste-Recognized pig and meet and greet with the farmer and chef.
Tickets are $15 for three tacos and a beer or soda. Purchase them in advance here. Tacos will also be sold a la carte on the day of the event for $4 each.
