Classes are a blast, include one-on-one instruction from a professional culinary instructor, are totally hands-on, and everyone sits down to enjoy the meal together.

The Moroccan menu featuring a totally vegan 3-course meal and includes a local craft beer pairing with the dinner.

Ras-el-hanout Spiced Almonds
Moroccan Summer Vegetable and Chickpea Tagine
Saffron Couscous with Pinenuts, Golden Raisins and Potatoes
Sweet Almond Milk
Spiced Fruit and Nut Phyllo Bites with Chocolate Drizzle

Great vegan recipes, enlightening food tips, and a fun time for all. Students sit down together for a communal dinner after all recipes have been completed. Classes are limited to 16 students (and sell out quick!!).

Sunday July 21, from 3 to 6 p.m.

Cost for the class is $65 per person; all inclusive of food, beer pairing, tax, and culinary instruction–what a deal!
