The Good Earth/Great Chefs Series: “Italian, my Way” by Jonathan Waxman

The Good Earth/Great Chefs Series is happy to welcome restauranteur, chef, TV Top Chef Masters personality Jonathan Waxman, at the Chino Farm, Sunday, March 10th between 11am – 1pm.  After surviving Hurricane Sandy last fall he is happy to be visiting the Farm where he will be signing his book, Italian, My Way, and sharing cooking tips.
