Learn how to cultivate your own mushrooms!

      From the event website:

      4:00 pm – 9:30 pm

      From the event website:

The Maritime Alliance [TMA] is extremely pleased to once again be hosting what can only be described as a sustainable seafood sensation for its Maritime Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony. The reception and dinner will feature locally sourced oysters, mussels, sea urchin, rock crabs, spiny lobster, swordfish, and whatever else our local fishermen and farmers of the sea can coax from local waters in early November. Special thanks and much gratitude go to the San Diego Fishermen’s Working Group, Driscoll’s Wharf, Carlsbad Aquafarms and Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute Marine Fish Hatchery for their generous contributions to this maritime feast.
